Быть педагогическим дизайнером – значит находиться в постоянном поиске новых способов подачи информации. Это и радость, и боль нашей работы. Потому что бывают моменты, когда идеи заканчиваются. Их просто нет. Проверенные и отработанные схемы надоедают, создается впечатление, что в курсе меняются только цвета кнопок и порядок слов.
Для меня такое состояние – сигнал о том, что надо остановиться, закрыть все вкладки, окна и программы и позаботиться о вдохновении. Есть много полезных ресурсов. Хочу поделиться своим списком:
1. Behance, dribble и Theinspirationgrid – сюда обращаюсь за новыми визуальными образами. Обычно ищу по ключевым словам или темам, с которым ассоциируется проект. Все понравившиеся идеи сохраняю в подборку. Иногда найденная идея должна дождаться своего проекта.
2. Сollectui.com – на этот сайт меня приводит коллекция примеров по UI и UX дизайну. Они нужны для проработки интерфейса курса, заданий, интерактивных элементов.
3. Карты диксит. Часто достаточно просмотреть эти красочные карты, зацепиться взглядом за одну из них, чтобы найти свою идею. Особенно это полезно при написании историй.
4. Приложения Storycubes или Brainsparker. Помогают при проектировании сюжетов для сторителлинга.

5. «Playdeck» от SCVNGR – колода карт, в которой описано около 50 различных игровых механик, которые могут смешиваться, создавая фундамент для различных видов игр. Прекрасный инструмент, если в курсе планируется геймификация и хочется выйти за пределы баллов и бейджей.
6. Игровые образовательные приложения, типа Lumosity и Duolingo. Совмещаю приятное с полезным: учусь сама и нахожу элементы, которые затем использую в курсах.
7. Сайты других педагогических дизайнеров или e-learning компаний. Среди моих фаворитов – Shift.
8. Посещение музеев. В особенности музеев современного искусства, в которых можно увидеть, как сочетать несочетаемое.
9. Наша команда Level – некоторые идеи для курсов появлялись в потоке обсуждений, отвлеченных разговоров, реальных совместных историй. Нужные люди вокруг – это больше чем вдохновение.
10. Тишина. Остановиться, ничего не искать и побыть в тишине. Иногда это самое подходящее средство, которое рождает новые идеи.
Личная подборка для вдохновения помогает выходить из тупика. Но помимо самого списка, важно и умение им пользоваться. Только активные действия могут привести к результату.
